1. Service Agreement

By renting a dumpster from Central KY Dumpster Rental, you agree to our service terms. The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends when you notify us that the dumpster is ready for pickup.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed are subject to 6% sales tax
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Payment is due upon pickup or within 30 days of invoice
• Additional weight may incur extra charges

3. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be placed in our dumpsters: concrete, dirt, tires, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, batteries, and electronics. Additional fees apply for prohibited items.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• We deliver within the scheduled time window
• You must be present or designate an adult
• Clear access to the delivery area is required
• We pickup within 24 hours of your call

5. Property Damage

We take precautions to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by soft surfaces, underground utilities, or inadequate access points.
